About Our Junior Program

The Shamrock's junior program is dedicated to teaching young people how to enjoy curling and good sportsmanship and the Shamrock is dedicated to its junior program.

Over the last 50 years the Shamrock's junior program has produced some of the finest young curlers to represent Edmonton at zone, northern, provincial, Canadian and world junior playdowns. We have banners hanging in the club representing winners from the Shamrock in all of these categories.

Whether today's young curlers want too simply learn the basic skills and continue on with recreational curling all of their lives or whether they want to improve to the point that they become very competitive and become part of the world curling tour they will learn what they need to know at the Shamrock.
